A wallet tied to the April 1 Drift Protocol exploit sent about 25,700 ETH, roughly $61.5M, into Tornado Cash within two hours on October 20 after two months of silence, per Lookonchain. Arkham says about 81,454 ETH (~$194M) is still sitting in exploiter wallets. Law enforcement has frozen roughly 3% of the haul, and the victims' recovery pool started at about $3.1M.
